One of my favourite part was beingn a creator and facilitator in a series of workshops with teams, clients and stakeholders.

In Fjord we called these workshops Rumbles and they are a unique way to set great minds in motion to tackle a problem.

I also manage User Story Mapping workshops, where together with the developers we analyse gaps and priorities before entering the "Create" phase.

 In Fjord we practiced Service and UX design methodologies while developing new ones

I invented and developed a method called "the mountain journey": a card mapping tool based on the Actant Model of Storytelling by Greimas.

This method uses milestones, helpers, opponents, people and time cards to map user journeys.
